My recent stay at Weisses Kreuz Bergun surpassed all expectations. The hotel's attention to detail, from the stunning views of the village and mountains to the impeccable cleanliness, truly set it apart. The warmth exuded by the staff, especially by Ms. Barandun who graciously met us at the icy station late at night, showcased their exceptional hospitality. As a gluten-free guest, I was astounded by the level of care taken to cater to my dietary needs, ensuring every meal was not only delicious but also safe for me to enjoy. The comfortable bed in our spacious room, coupled with the personalized touch of complimentary water bottles, made for a truly luxurious experience. This hotel is a gem in the quaint town of Bergun, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
